October Event Number 2 | Outdoor Movie Series Presents ‘Cruella’

The City of San Antonio World Heritage Office brings you ‘Cruella’. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, snacks and picnics for an unforgettable outdoor experience. Or, purchase snacks from our onsite food trucks. 

Venue opens at 7 p.m. and movies begin approximately 15 minutes after dusk. Pets are welcome and parking is available onsite. Face coverings and social distancing are recommended.

River Art Gallery is very excited to host RiverArtober in La Villita in conjunction with River Art Group’s annual art show and competition. The awards reception on Friday night will kick off the festivities into the weekend. Event Number 10 | ‘Snow White’ By Greg Banks

Do you like classic Fairy Tails? Well to bad!! This is not your usual “Once Upon a Time.” Classic? No. Wild? Yes! To start with, it’s a two-person play. Do the math. Snow White and the Seven Dwarves? Two fabulous, whip-smart, super-fast actors play Snow White, the huntsman, the prince, and all seven dwarves! And it’s funny. Really, really funny. presented by Valero Benefit for Children, a fun, non-scary Halloween event for the entire family. Little ghouls and goblins are encouraged to wear their best costume to participate in a daily costume contest with a chance to win a zoo prize pack. Children of all ages and adults are welcomed to don non-scary, family-friendly costumes. Costume masks are only permitted for children under the age of 12. The two-day event is free and open to the public, bringing together traditional art and culture with live music and entertainment to celebrate the Day of the Dead. Festivities include live music, original artwork, a dance, drum and puppet procession, live poetry, and the largest open altar exhibition in San Antonio.

The Best of Texas and the Texas Food Festival have joined forces to host events on site in Fredericksburg, Texas at the Bankersmith Dance Hall and Saloon and the Fredericksburg Polo Club. Come and enjoy a great day of food, drinks, vendors and live music! Kid friendly and pet friendly event. Pets must be leashed at all times. No outside food or drink is allowed.
