Median Home Sales Price El Dorado San Antonio
Notice the big jump in median home sales price. El Dorado is a decent size neighborhood with some of the areas older homes. In this area you will find investors have made plays in many of these areas and renovated homes to sell. This may be part of the jump in sales price.
Supply Of Homes El Dorado San Antonio
As you can see supply is making a rebound in this neighborhood as prices are cooling off the rate of sales. But if you exam in this chart closely we have long way to go before we see pre pandemic levels which were already considered a strong sellers market.
Bottom Line
We have more room for higher prices in 2022.
