Where is Woodstone Neighborhood?

Woodstone Neighborhood is situated just south of Nacgodoches Rd and east of Oconnor Rd? Woodstone has two smaller neighborhoods that back up to it; Stonewood Community (185 homes) and Larkspur Neighborhood (369 homes). Woodstone by itself has 896 homes.

Many of the residents consider Larkspur to be part of the Woodstone neighborhood. We will give Larkspur and Stone Wood their own pages at a later date. For now back to Woodstone neighborhood!

How old are the homes in Woodstone Neighborhood?

The Woodstone neighborhood was established in the early 1970s on the northeast side of San Antonio. The majority of the homes were constructed in the mid 1970s – mid 1980s. There are also a handfull of homes that were built in the early 1990’s well.

Is there a mandatory HOA in the Community?

No, there is no longer a mandatory HOA in the neighborhood. However there is still a voluntary HOA and community pool. The facility is run by volunteers living in the neighborhood. The fees are strictly for pool membership only.
