Things To Do In San Antonio July 2022

Hey, there. It’s Krishna, and welcome to the July events calendar here in San Antonio area. So if you don’t have anything on your calendar yet and you’re searching for something to do, I’ve got a few options here. I want to share with you real quick.

July 1st – 4th @ San Antonio River Walk

First off, if you want to get into the red white and blue mood. Bud Light Stars, Stripes & Lights is going to be on the River Walk. The entire River Walk will be decked out in patriotic colors from the 1st of July through the 4th. This is a perfect opportunity to take pictures with great backdrops all along the river. July 1st – July 4th @ River Walk San Antonio

Next up is 4th of July Artisan Show. It’s a free event. It is on the River Walk. You can come down there and check out some of what the artisans have to show you. Over 40 booths to browse through. Go to thesanantonioriverwalk.com for more information.

July 2nd – July 3rd @ Market Square

Do you love Fiesta? Check out Freedom Fest at Market Square. Check out marketsquaresa.com for more information.

July 2nd @ Mission Marquee

If you want to take in an outdoor movie, we have several options here. The first one is July 2nd, and it’s the outdoor movie, Sing 2. This will be at Mission Marquee, and it’s a free event. Go to www.missionmarquee.com for more details.

July 4th @ Morgans Wonderland

Also, July 4th, Annual Salute to American Heroes. This one will be up here on the Northeast side at Morgan’s Wonderland. Check out morganswonderland.com for details.

July 5th – 10th @ The Majestic

And then our next event is from July 5th through July 10th. This is Jesus Christ Superstar at The Majestic. Go to www.majesticempire.com for ticket information there.

July 10 @ Universal City Park

Also up here towards the Northeast at Universal City Park. They are having a couple of free movies in the park, and the first movie is Ghostbusters: Afterlife. There is a lazer-tag event from 7 pm to about 8:30 pm and then around 8:30, the movie starts. It’s Universal City Park, 305 North Boulevard. Again, activity starts at 7:00 PM.

July 12th @ San Antonio Museum of Art

And then our next event is at the San Antonio Museum of Art, July 12th, and it is going to be Family Hour: Art 101: Texture and Space, so they’re going to teach us some things here at this one. So this is something hands on, it sounds like, so come check that out at San Antonio Museum of Art 5 pm-6 pm. www.samuseum.org for more information.

July 16th @ The Shops Of La Cantera

Next up on July 16th, there is the French Festiva at The Shops of La Cantera. French classic cars, music, and vendors will be on the scene. Check out www.frenchfestivalofsanantonio.com for complete information. Again, that’s July 16th.

July 18th @ The San Antonio Zoo

July 18th, we have the Great Little Train Robbery, and this is going to be at the San Antonio Zoo. Check this out at sazoo.org.

July 22nd @ The Tobin Center

And then, on July 22nd, we have the music of Queen, and this is going to be at the Tobin Center. Go to www.tobincenter.org/boxoffice.

July 30th @ Universal City Park

And Finally again on Saturday, July 30th, they’re having another movie in the park and that movie is going to be Encanto, and the activity is going to be, again, from 7 to 8:30. There’s going to be music, dancing, and karaoke songs from the movie, so that sounds like a lot of fun. Universal City Park
