As you can see sales numbers in this neighborhood have seemingly recovered to a ‘normal’ level. The question moving forward will be. Are there enough people ready to move in the neighborhood?

Average Sales Price

If you watched the video you will notice the average sales prices increase I called for is nearly 50% completed. And we are only in February. This will be truly interesting.

Bottom Line

It’s really early in the year. The San Antonio housing market is still predicting growth through the year due to more relocation into the area. And despite rising interest rates it is expected we will still see rising prices.
