San Antonio Real Estate Report | San Antonio Home Sales January 17, 2024
Much like the week before, the San Antonio home sales started out slow in the new year. We did see a rise in the number of homes sold from the week before, from 211 home sales to 254 home sales.
And the median home sales price fell from $300,000 to $297,450. With the freezing weather on the calendar, I suspect a couple more slow weeks like this in The Alamo City, but not for long.
